Company Matching Headshots

Matching headshots for a company across the board is important so that the website will look uniform. Whether we shoot it on location at your office or your staff comes to the studio we work to match the background. Often we will shoot on location but not everyone is there on photo day so they can arrange to swing by the studio at their convenience and we’ll photograph them with the same lighting setup and same background so they’ll all match uniformly.

We also do quite a few headshots for remote employees—those living in the Colorado Springs area but working for a company across the country. We will work with the company to make sure that the headshot matches those others in the company —often shooting on white for a more uniform look but we will also match other backgrounds or use a company supplied digital background.

If you have a business team then you know how important having a great team photo can be. But you probably also know the hassle it is getting all the team members together for the photo. The larger the team the bigger the scheduling nightmare. And what happens if you go to all that work then you add a new hire or a key team members leave the company. Uuuggh! Then you have to begin the process all over again.

That’s why we developed virtual team photos. In studio or on location we can easily solve your problem related to getting a great team photo. We photograph everyone individually and assemble in post production. Should a team member leave we can easily remove them from the group—and we have options so we can rearrange the members of the team so that the photograph is balanced.

Team and Staff Headshots

We get asked a lot about taking photos of staff for companies.Depending on the number of staff and how you want to set it up we can make it convenient for you.

If you have a small team it might just be easier to schedule a time when you can all meet at the studio for a team photo. Just call us and we’ll find a time when you can all come to the studio.Or we can come to the location of your choice for this. If you schedule headshots at the same time the team portrait is at no additional cost.

Now if you have a very large team or staff and you want us to come on location we can bring our studio to your office or wherever you happen to be meeting with your team. Everyone who is there that day will get a headshot. We can also get team photos then as well—these are complimentary if we’re there doing headshots for your staff.
