I am a print artist—and proud to be one. My art that I create is not finished until it exists in some type of printed form. There is something very cool about having a custom piece of art created just for you—and that art isn’t finished until it is printed. In most cases for us until it’s printed on either archival museum quality canvas or art paper, matted and framed.

This is the most over photographed generation of all time—in fact more images exist now than in all time before. Much of life is “captured” but not everything is saved. Close to 100% of the images taken today will be deleted—mostly not on purpose but accidentally deleted, hard drive failure, computer crashed etc. Nothing backed up to a safe place. And even if it’s backed up—how do you view it on a regular basis? You don’t.

Remember how small your newborn baby looked? Or how cute your child looked when they lost their first tooth? Graduated from high school or had a child of their own? There’s a good chance your parents had some boxes of old photographs or even albums. But what about your own memories from past years, where are they? Where will they be in six months or a year?
