But what if you want to go above and beyond for your event attendees and offer complimentary headshots—maybe at the event expo or other central location. We can provide a headshot station or multiple stations depending on the size of your event. Often we suggest that having a corporate sponsor for the headshot station helps the event host defray the cost of providing the headshots to attendees. 

There are several ways you can up your game with a headshot station to thrill your attendees as well as your headshot station sponsor. We offer instant individual galleries for everyone wanting a headshot. They don’t have to scroll through a large gallery to find an image of themselves to download. Nor do they have to stand in line at a kiosk to review their images-they’re instantly sent to their email. We can create a banner inside each gallery with the logo of your headshot sponsor in addition to linking to their website. 

With a headshot station we can get your attendees signed up in a few ways. One is at the station using a simple QR code. They can sign up in a minute or less. The best way however is if you can offer a calendar to your attendees in advance. We offer a scheduling link where your attendees can pick their preferred day and time slot. We can upload this list into our system and be ready when the headshot subject arrives.
