We do a lot of business team photos in the studio—with 1,000 square feet of studio space there is plenty of room to bring in a team of up to 12 for headshots and team photos. This is done fairly quickly so the team doesn’t have to stand around long.

However sometimes it’s just not convenient or possible to get the group into the studio. Other times we do location group photos because our client wants to use the background of the business in the photograph. Either way we can accommodate you.

If you’d like on location photographs of your team we can bring the studio to you—we can easily set up in a boardroom or other area with a backdrop, lighting and more. Or goal is to make it easy for you.  If staff is spread out and/or changes often we can take your team in pieces in studio —each individually member separately—and assemble them into one group photo. This is often handy for teams with high turnover—we simply remove the person who has left and add in the new person.

Sometimes there is just one time frame that everyone is gathered together which makes it a natural time to do headshots and a team photo if needed. 

For example if your company is having a board meeting we can set up and take headshots just prior to or during a break from the meeting. We can also set up for a team photo at the same time. This usually can be done quickly so you won’t have to sacrifice meeting time.
