COMPANY MATCHING HEADSHOTS

Let us handle your team headshots and group photos. It’s a seamless quick experience. In studio or on location. Each Individual will receive a private gallery to make their selections for retouching same day. Files are named Last Name_First name for easy reference. Company can have a gallery with all staff images-same day and also download final retouched images. We will make sure all the backgrounds match whether we photograph all in one day or over time.

The studio is 1,000 sq feet with an additional large space for waiting if needed. Our number one goal is to make headshots for your staff as easy as possible—from a few people to 100 or more. We can help you find the right fit for your staff. We can even schedule large groups to come over time to the studio. Below are some options for in studio or on location. INDIVIDUAL STAFF HEADSHOTS BOOK HERE

These are for individual staff one at a time and billed to corporate HQ.

TEAM PORTRAIT ONLY—up to 6 people (IN STUDIO) $185

30 minutes, this is for the team that needs just the team portrait and no headshots at the same time. One final retouched image. Additional images may be purchased @$60.

For additional people add $30 per person

STAFF HEADSHOTS- 2 to 12 People

If you’d like to come in studio for team and staff headshots there is a $185 session fee, images are @$60 each. Total cost would be $185+ $60 per person. Every person gets their own private gallery to view and make their selection. Images are sent to the galleries immediately after shooting. We can also do a group photo if you wish at the same time at no cost.

MARKETING PHOTOS

Many clients who use us for headshots also need “action” photos for their company website. We will work with you to set up various vignettes of your “staff in action” (such as around a conference table, computer, conferring with colleagues, working with clients or patients etc). We will stage up to 5 vignettes with multiple angles and groupings to capture the best images. If we are there doing headshots the same day a set of 5 retouched images from this is only $350. STAFF HEADSHOTS-LOCATION

Up to 5 staff, 3 -5 minutes per person and a team portrait. 1 retouched digital file for each person plus a group portrait. Every person gets their own private gallery to view and make their selection. Images are sent to the galleries immediately after shooting.

6-12 PEOPLE $250 location fee plus @$60 per person

We can also offer a convenient schedule for really large staff (20 or more) at the studio where staff can come at an assigned time over a few days (depending on group size). We can easily handle 100 within a day. Every person gets their own private gallery to view and make their selection. Images are sent to the galleries immediately after shooting.
